Course description
A half-distance race on the edge of Berlin with the swim start in the Dämeritzsee, which lies half in Berlin and half in Brandenburg. The flat, fast bike runs on newly paved roads along the Spree through pristine nature. The three-lap run passes through Erkner by its marketplace and museum.

Flat and fast on newly paved roads — ideal for staying in your aero position and saving watts. The lake swim can be murky, so sight off the buoys. Arriving by suburban train from Berlin is possible: less stress, no parking hassle, and a calmer build-up to your race start.
