RaceMind App – weekly plan with training overview

When a week falls apart

Monday

Kid is sick. Sleep-deprived. Session: cancelled.

Tuesday

Deadline. Late meeting. Session: cancelled.

Wednesday morning

Your old plan now shows a make-up session + the regular workout. You know: no way. Guilt. Overwhelm. Many quit here.

RaceMind does it differently

No catching up. No downward spiral. Your week recalculates – based on the time you actually have. The coach explains in the chat what stays, what goes, and why that’s okay. You keep going from where you are.

Training Readiness with rest day recommendation

Your life isn’t linear – why should your training be?

Bad sleep? Meeting ran late? Missed a session? Period, stress, or a mild cold? That’s normal.

RaceMind is built for weeks that don’t go to plan: It puts your training calendar back in order without you having to reschedule or catch up. You keep training – without guilt and without chaos in your head.

And when you wake up not sure whether to push today: RaceMind tells you – based on sleep, recovery, and training load.

Compatible with

💬 Not Just Answers – Action.

Many apps have chatbots. RaceMind has a coach that can actually change your plan: “Move my intervals to Thursday” – done. No copy-paste, no manual rescheduling.

Available 24/7, knows your entire history, and costs a fraction of a human coach.

  • Plan changes on the fly: Move sessions, restructure your week, adjust intensity – via chat, without breaking the structure.
  • Comeback after injury or illness: The coach builds you a progressive path back – conservative enough to avoid setbacks.
  • Nutrition & race day: What before the long run, what during the race? Concrete recommendations instead of Google rabbit holes.

📊 Everyone Delivers Data. We Deliver Context.

Other apps show you TSS, CTL, VO2max – numbers most people can’t do anything with. RaceMind translates everything into clear statements you understand immediately.

  • Race time always in sight: Not just FTP and threshold values – but what they mean for you: “You’re on track for 3:42.”
  • Plain language after every session: No dashboard with 15 metrics – but a coach assessment you can act on right away.
  • Readiness, not data overload: No HRV charts and resting heart rate trends – but “Push today” or “Take it easy.”
  • Questions? Ask the coach: Instead of Google and forums – answers that know your data and your plan.

What Our Users Say

Experiences from the community

🏊

“I had 12 weeks until the 70.3 in Kraichgau and zero plan. RaceMind gave me a prediction of 5:28 in the first week – I thought that was optimistic. In the end I finished in 5:19. The analysis after my long rides was pure gold because I finally understood that I always push too hard in the second third.”

Lena, 34 Ironman 70.3 Kraichgau · since January 2026
🏃

“Week 6 was hell – business trip, kid sick, one session the entire week. Normally I would’ve trashed the plan. RaceMind just recalculated the week and told me it’s not a big deal. That calmed me down more than any training plan before.”

Moritz, 41 Marathon Frankfurt · since November 2025
🚴

“I used to track everything in Excel. Seriously – columns for TSS, CTL, sleep, weight. RaceMind made that obsolete in a week. What convinced me most: After an interval session, the coach explained why my heart rate spiked in the last two intervals. My spreadsheet couldn’t do that.”

Janna, 29 Ironman Hamburg · since December 2025
🏅

“I’m a beginner and initially wondered if this was for me. The self-assessment in onboarding was easy and the prediction (2:14) felt realistic. I ended up running 2:09. What I liked most: After bad sessions, the coach doesn’t say ‘it was fine’ but honestly tells you what happened.”

Elif, 26 Half Marathon Freiburg · since February 2026

“I took three weeks off after an Achilles tendon inflammation and then asked the coach how to get back in. The plan for the first week back was so conservative I was almost annoyed. In hindsight, exactly right – no setbacks, fully back after two weeks.”

Sven, 38 Ironman Frankfurt · since October 2025
🏃

“I’ve been training with static plans for 6 years and always felt like I was falling behind when something came up. First time I didn’t feel bad after a missed week. The app just said: ‘Here’s your new week.’ No drama.”

Nina, 31 Marathon Berlin · since January 2026

  • Have 5–15 hours a week and a half marathon, marathon, middle or long distance triathlon in your sights
  • Are done with PDF plans that fall apart the moment you miss one session
  • Want to understand what you’re training — not just chase numbers
  • Have had or needed a coach before, but don’t want to pay €200 a month

✗ RaceMind is not for you if you

  • Are a pro or Kona-level age-grouper — you need a human coach watching your form
  • Just bought your first pair of running shoes — you’re better served elsewhere
  • Prefer building your own plans in Excel and tracking TSS to the last decimal

Frequently Asked Questions

“I already have a Garmin/Coros. Do I need RaceMind?”

Not necessarily – but that’s exactly where RaceMind shines. Your existing data isn’t just displayed, it’s translated into a plan, a race time prediction, and concrete decisions for your week. You don’t have to start from scratch or transfer data manually. If you already train with Garmin, COROS, Strava, or intervals.icu, RaceMind plugs right in.

“What happens if I can’t train at all for a week?”

You don’t have to make up for anything. RaceMind can shift, adjust, or skip sessions without your week falling apart. When a single tweak isn’t enough, the week gets replanned instead of just pushing everything back. The goal isn’t perfection – it’s a plan that still makes sense when real life gets in the way.

“How do you make sure the AI doesn’t push me into an injury?”

RaceMind doesn’t just assess what you could handle – it also considers what makes sense right now. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load all factor in, so a hard day can consciously become an easy day or a rest day. Bigger adjustments aren’t blindly crammed into your week but replanned in a controlled way. That said: RaceMind is a training coach, not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy advice.

“Does RaceMind replace a human coach?”

No. A good human coach can see and assess things that no app can fully replace. But RaceMind handles many of the tasks that really matter day-to-day: a plan that adapts, clear explanations instead of metric overload, and quick help when a week doesn’t go as planned. For many, that’s far more helpful than a static plan – and far more accessible than 1:1 coaching.

“What sets you apart from TrainingPeaks/TriDot/Humango?”

RaceMind combines three things that are often separate: adaptation, explainability, and direct action. Instead of just showing data, the coach explains what it means for your training. Instead of just giving recommendations, RaceMind can move sessions or replan your week directly. And instead of rigidly sticking to a plan, the focus stays on what’s realistic and doable in your life right now.

“How does cycle tracking work – and do I have to use it?”

You don’t have to. If you enable it, RaceMind can factor your cycle into load and planning decisions. Depending on your preference, the plan can continue normally, become slightly more cautious, or protect period days more. It’s not a miracle promise – it’s an optional adjustment feature for more realism in your training.

“I’m a first-timer. Is RaceMind too advanced for me?”

No. You can start with imported data, but also with self-assessment and manual fitness input. Especially as a first-timer, what matters is getting a realistic race time prediction, understanding why you’re training what you’re training, and being able to ask whenever something is unclear. That’s exactly what RaceMind is built for.

“Can I cancel or pause my plan if I stop training?”

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Cancellation is handled through the subscription management in the App Store or Google Play. If you’re not training right now, you don’t have to stay locked into a running subscription. And if you want to delete your account entirely, that’s possible too.
