Race Mind – Triathlon and Running
A coach that thinks ahead – even when life gets in the way.
Training plan, session analysis, race time prediction: You set the goal, Race Mind takes care of the path.
Kid is sick. Sleep-deprived. Session: cancelled.
Deadline. Late meeting. Session: cancelled.
Your old plan now shows a make-up session + the regular workout. You know: no way. Guilt. Overwhelm. Many quit here.
No catching up. No downward spiral. Your week recalculates – based on the time you actually have. The coach explains in the chat what stays, what goes, and why that’s okay. You keep going from where you are.
Bad sleep? Meeting ran late? Missed a session? Period, stress, or a mild cold? That’s normal.
Race Mind is built for weeks that don’t go to plan: It puts your training calendar back in order without you having to reschedule or catch up. You keep training – without guilt and without chaos in your head.
And when you wake up not sure whether to push today: Race Mind tells you – based on sleep, recovery, and training load.

Many apps have chatbots. Race Mind has a coach that can actually change your plan: “Move my intervals to Thursday” – done. No copy-paste, no manual rescheduling.
Available 24/7, knows your entire history, and costs a fraction of a human coach.
Other apps show you TSS, CTL, VO2max – numbers most people can’t do anything with. Race Mind translates everything into clear statements you understand immediately.
Race Mind gets better every week. Here’s a look at what’s already in – and more is coming all the time.

“I had 12 weeks until the 70.3 in Kraichgau and zero plan. Race Mind gave me a prediction of 5:28 in the first week – I thought that was optimistic. In the end I finished in 5:19. The analysis after my long rides was pure gold because I finally understood that I always push too hard in the second third.”
“Week 6 was hell – business trip, kid sick, one session the entire week. Normally I would’ve trashed the plan. Race Mind just recalculated the week and told me it’s not a big deal. That calmed me down more than any training plan before.”
“I used to track everything in Excel. Seriously – columns for TSS, CTL, sleep, weight. Race Mind made that obsolete in a week. What convinced me most: After an interval session, the coach explained why my heart rate spiked in the last two intervals. My spreadsheet couldn’t do that.”
“I’m a beginner and initially wondered if this was for me. The self-assessment in onboarding was easy and the prediction (2:14) felt realistic. I ended up running 2:09. What I liked most: After bad sessions, the coach doesn’t say ‘it was fine’ but honestly tells you what happened.”
“I took three weeks off after an Achilles tendon inflammation and then asked the coach how to get back in. The plan for the first week back was so conservative I was almost annoyed. In hindsight, exactly right – no setbacks, fully back after two weeks.”
“I’ve been training with static plans for 6 years and always felt like I was falling behind when something came up. First time I didn’t feel bad after a missed week. The app just said: ‘Here’s your new week.’ No drama.”

Not necessarily – but that’s exactly where Race Mind shines. Your existing data isn’t just displayed, it’s translated into a plan, a race time prediction, and concrete decisions for your week. You don’t have to start from scratch or transfer data manually. If you already train with Garmin, COROS, Strava, or intervals.icu, Race Mind plugs right in.
You don’t have to make up for anything. Race Mind can shift, adjust, or skip sessions without your week falling apart. When a single tweak isn’t enough, the week gets replanned instead of just pushing everything back. The goal isn’t perfection – it’s a plan that still makes sense when real life gets in the way.
Race Mind doesn’t just assess what you could handle – it also considers what makes sense right now. Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and training load all factor in, so a hard day can consciously become an easy day or a rest day. Bigger adjustments aren’t blindly crammed into your week but replanned in a controlled way. That said: Race Mind is a training coach, not a substitute for medical or physiotherapy advice.
No. A good human coach can see and assess things that no app can fully replace. But Race Mind handles many of the tasks that really matter day-to-day: a plan that adapts, clear explanations instead of metric overload, and quick help when a week doesn’t go as planned. For many, that’s far more helpful than a static plan – and far more accessible than 1:1 coaching.
Race Mind combines three things that are often separate: adaptation, explainability, and direct action. Instead of just showing data, the coach explains what it means for your training. Instead of just giving recommendations, Race Mind can move sessions or replan your week directly. And instead of rigidly sticking to a plan, the focus stays on what’s realistic and doable in your life right now.
You don’t have to. If you enable it, Race Mind can factor your cycle into load and planning decisions. Depending on your preference, the plan can continue normally, become slightly more cautious, or protect period days more. It’s not a miracle promise – it’s an optional adjustment feature for more realism in your training.
No. You can start with imported data, but also with self-assessment and manual fitness input. Especially as a first-timer, what matters is getting a realistic race time prediction, understanding why you’re training what you’re training, and being able to ask whenever something is unclear. That’s exactly what Race Mind is built for.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Cancellation is handled through the subscription management in the App Store or Google Play. If you’re not training right now, you don’t have to stay locked into a running subscription. And if you want to delete your account entirely, that’s possible too.
