Course description
A three-country half-distance in the heart of Europe: the swim is in the Moselle on the German side, the bike winds through the vineyards of Luxembourg and France, and the run is in Remich. The Moselle's current often helps, while the rolling bike with around 580 metres of climbing is very punchy.
Coach tip
The Moselle's current often helps on the swim โ but still sight the buoys actively. The rolling bike (around 580 metres of climbing) is very punchy: shift early and don't over-pace the short rises. Use the flat run along the Moselle promenade to hold a steady tempo through the buzzing finish.
