Course description
A flat, highly spectator-friendly capital-city race. The swim is in the calm bay at Amager Strandpark, followed by a fast two-loop bike course through North Zealand with city, coast and forest sections. The flat four-loop run runs right through the heart of the city.
Coach tip
Ideal for first-timers and personal bests — flat and fast. On the four-loop city run, watch for cobblestone sections and adjust your stride there. The calm bay swim is beginner-friendly; use the fantastic city atmosphere as motivation across the four laps to the finish.
