An insider tip for personal bests in the Estonian capital. The cooler climate favours fast times. The swim is in the lake/coast, followed by a very direct, flat and fast bike course. The run leads through the city — an ideal, uncomplicated course for chasing a personal best.
Coach tip
The cooler climate is ideal for personal bests but can get uncomfortable: pack warm clothing for after the race. The very direct, flat bike invites fast riding — still, stay within your power range. Approach the flat city run evenly and under control to hold your pace to the finish.
