Course description
A flat city marathon through Karlsruhe with lots of music along the course. Famous for its 'Marathon Angels', who accompany runners over the final, often tough kilometres. The fast, largely flat course through the fan-shaped city is well suited to a personal best.
Coach tip
Flat and fast — a PB is possible, but start in a controlled, even way. The many bands along the course give rhythm and energy. Let the 'Marathon Angels' pull you over the final kilometres when the pace gets tough — the musical support genuinely carries you to the finish.
