Course description
A standalone Cologne Half Marathon with start and finish in the Sportpark Müngersdorf. The flat, fast late-summer course in late August is the ideal dress rehearsal for the Cologne Marathon in October and is perfect for testing your form and chasing a personal best.
Coach tip
Flat, fast course in late August — prepare for possible late-summer heat and hold an even pace. Drink early and regularly. As a fitness test before the autumn marathon it's ideal: use it to rehearse race pace and fuelling under genuine competition conditions.
