Course description
A marathon through the medieval old town of Regensburg along the Danube. The predominantly flat course combines the UNESCO World Heritage old town with sections along the riverbank. The historic Stone Bridge and the narrow lanes form an impressive backdrop.
Coach tip
Flat along the Danube — good for a PB, so run evenly and ration your energy. In the UNESCO old town, narrow lanes and some cobblestones await: adjust your stride there. The Stone Bridge is a great photo spot and a good intermediate goal to focus the mind on the way to the finish.
