Coach tip
Six bike laps of 166 m each add up to around 1000 m of climbing. Ride the short rollers with a power cap from the start — the last two laps decide how you start the marathon.
Cut-offs in 2026: swim 2:30 h, onto the run within 10 hours of the start, finish closes at 10 pm. The roads are closed, but vehicles are still possible — keep right.
The marathon is six 7 km laps, mostly shaded in the forest. Split it into laps and fuel on every one — each lap has at least two aid stations and a water point.
