Course description
A run along the Danube past the imposing Parliament, the Buda Castle and across the Chain Bridge. The course through the heart of the Hungarian capital is largely flat — the only climbs are the bridges and overpasses. A sightseeing tour at running pace through Budapest.
Coach tip
A lot of wind can come up along the Danube — run in sheltered groups there and keep your pace even. The only climbs are the bridges: meter your effort briefly there. After the finish, you should definitely use the famous thermal baths for recovery!
