Course description
A half marathon at the SwissCityMarathon Lucerne. The course runs along Lake Lucerne, through the historic old town and past the iconic Chapel Bridge and the KKL. A flat, fast course with a picturesque lake backdrop offering a unique running feel in Lucerne.
Coach tip
Flat and fast along the lakeshore — ideal for a PB, so run evenly. The boat shuttle to the start is a unique experience: allow enough time for it. Around 50,000 spectators and 30 music groups on course create a great atmosphere and carry you over the final kilometres.
