Course description
Part of the Vienna City Marathon course, starting on the Reichsbrücke and finishing at the Burgtheater. The fast route passes Vienna's grand buildings and runs along the famous Ringstraße. The imperial backdrop makes this half marathon a springtime highlight.
Coach tip
The start on the Reichsbrücke can be windy: run sheltered in a group there. The Ringstraße section is a scenic highlight — enjoy Vienna's grand buildings as a backdrop. Otherwise the course is fast, so hold an even pace and push towards the Burgtheater finish.
