Course description
A fast city marathon through Barcelona, past Gaudí's masterpieces such as the Sagrada Família. The flat, fully paved course starts on Passeig de Gràcia and finishes at the Arc de Triomf. With few sharp turns and a mild March climate, it's faster than you think.
Coach tip
The start on the wide Passeig de Gràcia is good for positioning — use it for a controlled beginning. From km 30 it gets mentally tough: set yourself intermediate goals. The mild March weather is ideal for a PB, so run evenly and find yourself a pace group to settle in.
